In order to avoid delays in moving process , always schedule a Tech in advance.
Jobs of Onsite Tech:
- A Tech need visit to old and new location .
- Co-ordinate with company manager in order to obtain information of Service provider, Copy of bill, incoming lines info, Rollover sequence etc.
- Co-ordinate with service provider regarding number porting and lines moving.
- Gather the information regarding any hardware requirements at new site.
- Give approximate time estimation to finish the job.
